I put in all new kitchen cupboards in 15 units only to have tenants begin to ruin the areas under their sinks. I now use these trays and they work great. No more leaking bottle stains or water stains from leaking faucets. I paired these with water alarms and now my tenants are quick to let me know if there's a plumbing problem and with the "Under Sink Tray's" I'm saving the woodwork! My next purchase will be to get them for the bathrooms!
