How soon will my order ship?

Orders are processed the day they are received and typically ship the next business day.

What is your return policy?

We take pride in our superior customer service.   If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can obtain a level of satisfaction with you.

We're confident that you'll be perfectly happy with your merchandise -- but if for some reason you want to return it, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment. Contact us for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping it back to us. (You are responsible for all shipping charges.)

What is your privacy policy? Will you share my data with other companies?

We never share or sell our customers' information. All personally identifiable information we collect is for the sole purpose of billing and shipping needs. Like all web sites, we collect non personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of collecting access statistics, we will not share or sell this information for other purposes.
